Families First are looking for someone to provide a high level of administrative support within the Central Statutory Education team based in Headquarters, Stafford.

This post provides a pivotal role in supporting the following areas and to achieve strict timescales.

  • Penalty Notices for term time holidays and persistent absences, and the associated Single Justice court process
  • Employment Licences for Children
  • Entertainment Licences for performances involving Children
  • Chaperone Licence applications

GCSE English, NVQ 2 in admin, at least 2 years’ office experience is essential.  Good written and oral communication skills, an ability to undertake a number of areas of work, an ability to interpret, format and accurately present information, time management skills and experience of working to deadlines are also all essential.
