Hours:  37 hours, Temporary (Fixed Term for 9 months)

Salary:  Grade 7

Based at 4 Ednam Road, Dudley

We require an experienced Legal Assistant to provide an efficient and effective service to the Solicitors within the Corporate & Litigation Team with regard to all aspects or Prosecution, Planning and general Litigation Law. 

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified with good communication and organisational skills and will be required, amongst other things to draft legal documentation (under supervision), assist with the preparation of court evidence bundles and support hearings at Magistrates, Crown Court and Committees as well as assisting solicitors in the day to day management of legal cases.   

This post holder will be able to work within the Council's Flexible Working Policy, subject to the business needs of the Council being fulfilled.
