Business & Finance Manager - Coventry Extended Learning Centre & Hospital Education Service
You will be responsible to the Head of Alternative Provision for the overall business performance and financial management of the service. This will include:
- To deliver on the clear vision of Alternative Provision (AP) to deliver outstanding education, by providing strategic leadership and professional management of all support roles and services. To drive a culture of continuous improvement in all operational areas.
- To be a highly visible and credible leader within the Coventry Extended Learning Centre and Hospital Education Leadership Team and work to support the Management Board.
- A relevant professional qualification in business management and/or finance
- Experience of developing and implementing business development strategies and effective and efficient financial and budgetary management and reporting.
Coventry Education Partnership is at an extremely exciting time in its development and you will play a key role in continuing to develop and transform Alternative Provision across Coventry, providing clear leadership and direction to teams and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people. In particular, you will support the Coventry Extended Learning Centre (a Pupil Referral Unit across three sites) and the Hospital Education Service (Whitmore Park Annexe, Home Tuition and tuition at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire).
