Residential Support Worker
21 hours per week including sleeping-in duties and weekend working
Annual Salary £13,405 with a potential to earn more through sleeping in payments.

Bromsgrove Short Breaks provides overnight and day care for children aged 5-17 with physical, and or learning disabilities and complex needs. We offer activities in the home as well as in the community, fun, happy, quality time and a safe environment for the children and young people who use our service.
We are in the process of further developing the service we offer to young people and we are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and flexible Residential Support Worker to join our well-established team. You will be providing good quality care for young people, assessing their needs and making plans for their future all the while building great relationships, not only with young people but also their relatives and other stakeholders.
