This is an interesting and varied role providing an advice and administration service for lettings and homelessness, as well as general housing advice.

The post holder will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that enquiries on the phone, in person and via email are responded to effectively and efficiently.

Experience of working in a customer services environment is required as well as the ability to deal with customers facing homelessness or poor housing conditions who may have complex needs.

Processing applications is part of the role and therefore we are looking for an ability to use IT systems to record information as well as to work under pressure to tight deadlines, in a fast changing environment.
