Senior Clerical Assistant Team Attached
15 Hours per week – Temporary until 27/3/2020
We are looking to recruit a member of staff to provide administrative support to a team of social workers and managers working in a busy Children’s Safeguarding team.
The main duties of the post will include inputting key data to a children’s client record database, monitoring and reporting on performance, minuting meetings and arranging for distribution of key documents to parents and agencies.
This work has to be completed to strict deadlines and requires the post holder to have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and produce accurate, quality documents. Team working is also essential and the post holder may be required to perform this role at other local offices.
Days of work will be Monday and Tuesday 8.30 am to 5 pm.
