Job Details
INVESTMENT AND PENSIONS ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Salary: £25,463- £29,909 per annum (pro rata – pay award pending
37 Hours per week – Permanent
Working in the Treasury and Pensions team, you will support the Head of Treasury and Pensions and the team’s senior managers in the day to day management of the County Council’s investment and borrowing decisions and liaison with the Pension Fund’s many employing bodies.
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and have experience of working in a financial environment, using large financial systems. You will be highly numerate, accurate and logical. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be required to liaise with a wide range of people, both inside and outside the organisation. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.
