TENANCY OFFICER
Redditch Borough Council
Grade 6 (SCP 19 – 24)
£24,799 – 27,905 per annum
37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

The Tenancy Officer role forms part the Housing Tenancy Management Service aiming to meet corporate strategic purposes “Help me find somewhere to live in my Locality”, ”Help me to be Financially Independent”, “Help me live my life Independently” and “Keep my place safe and looking good”.

The Tenancy Officer provides a high quality housing service to customers through effective tenancy and estate management, to include void, allocations, estate management and tenancy enforcement.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the Housing Act and relevant legislation with the skills required to achieve our purposes and at least 2 years’ experience working in within a housing management background.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Sunday 8 September 2019.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 September 2019.
