37 Hours per week – Permanent

Working in the Treasury and Pension Fund Service, you will support the Head of Treasury and Pensions and the team’s Senior Investment Accountant in the day to day management of the County Council’s investment and borrowing decisions and the production of the annual Staffordshire Pension Fund accounts. 

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and have experience of working in a financial environment, using large financial systems. You will be highly numerate, accurate and logical.  Your excellent interpersonal skills will be required to liaise with a wide range of people, both inside and outside the organisation, including banks and investment managers. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.
