Job Details
We have a vacancy at Team Manager level in the Initial Response Team in North Warwickshire. We are looking for a dynamic leader to become part of the management group within the Initial Response Service. We welcome applications from managers looking for a new challenge, or a experienced practitioner that is ready for the step up into a manager role. The Role The role will be supported by experienced Operations Managers. The Team Manager role will be to ensure that where a Single Assessment has been identified that Warwickshire children are seen in a timely way and that children and families receive the right support,at the right time. Managers will oversee children and families that require a statutory service and will ensure that children are safe and that meaningful plans are developed with families.
