Worcestershire County Council - Project Support Officer
Full time posts are 35 hours per week.
Salary: Scale 6
Worcestershire is one of the fastest growing economies in the country and the Economic Growth and Investment Team in the County Council runs a number of projects to support business to start, locate and expand their businesses within the county.
Worcestershire County Council is looking for a Project Support Officer to help shape the delivery of externally funded business support projects in Worcestershire to assist new businesses, support inward investment and assist early stage and high growth start-up businesses.
If you have an appreciation of issues affecting small and medium sized businesses, an eye for detail and experience of monitoring and administering publicly funded projects then this job could be for you.
The successful applicants will be the initial point of contact for Worcestershire wide business support projects run by Worcestershire County Council and delivered with partners. The projects will support economic growth in Worcestershire's small and medium sized enterprises.
The post is 50% funded by the European Regional
Development Fund until 30th September 2022.
