We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide a comprehensive and efficient support service to the council’s busy Strategic Housing Team. Providing advice and information to partner organisations, customers and coordinating programmes of work in relation to the specialist area, the role will support the development, discharge and monitoring of the council’s policies and statutory duties as a strategic housing authority. Other key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of a range of IT and other systems to manage the administrative, data and project management functions and needs of the team.
The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of MS office, have excellent customer service skills, experience of budget monitoring, good attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills. You will be an effective communicator, able to manage workloads across a range of functions and timescales.
