For January 2020 the school is seeking to appoint a well qualified and inspirational member of staff to join the leadership team of our community school. Applicants should have had middle leadership experience within a school. Experience of data analysis/tracking and behaviour management will make a candidate stand out from other applicants.
We are seeking an energetic and committed professional for the continued improvement and development of our school. The successful candidate will be well organised, enthusiastic and keen to contribute to other aspects of school life.
The school was again graded as good (2) by Ofsted in May 2017.
You will join a positive and extremely caring staff with a ‘can do’ attitude to change and development. Our school is growing on a daily basis as the word of what we are offering spreads across our community!
If you feel you can make a difference then please contact Mrs Kate Sabin (School Business Manager for the federation) by telephone (01527 872431) or email (kes37@catshill-middle.worcs.sch.uk) for further details and an application form.
