Attendance Clerical Officer/Receptionist

Littleton Green Community School are looking for a dedicated Attendance Clerical Officer/Receptionist for a good school located in the Cannock Area. Littleton Green Community School is a very friendly school with a caring and supportive staff. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children to develop into learners for life. We are seeking to appoint a person who will work in partnership with the children, staff and LAC members to make a significant difference.

To work under the direction and guidance of senior staff to provide general clerical and administrative support to the school in relation to the attendance of pupils and to provide an effective and efficient first aid/reception service to the school.

 

With the support of the other staff, you will play a key role in the administrative organisation of the school. The role will include welcoming visitors and parents into school, dealing with enquiries, maintaining the school management information systems, inputting documents together with reception duties on a daily basis. You will need to have experience of using various computerised systems and databases. We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.
