Administration and Finance Assistant
Level 3 £15,772 (Pro-rata, Per Annum)
37 hours per week, Term Time Only
Temporary to cover maternity leave until the end of the academic year
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to work in our office.
Duties will include:
Providing specific clerical and administrative or financial functions for the school under the direction or instruction of senior staff.
Provide general clerical support including clerical processes, word processing, IT based tasks requiring knowledge of various ICT packages and operation of office equipment.
Reprographics support across the school.
Deal with enquiries either by telephone or face-to-face and sign in visitors.
Maintain stocks and supplies, selling and distributing as required
