Job Details

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Revenues & Benefits Visiting Team.

This role is crucial to both services, ensuring our Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates databases are as up to date as possible along with providing a welfare and claim verification visiting service.

You will need to have your own vehicle and be comfortable working on your own initiative; experience of outdoor lone working would be advantageous.

You will need to have excellent communication skills along with the ability to analyse and comprehend complex queries. 

You will have ICT skills equivalent to ECDL level and a minimum of 4 GCSE/O Levels passes (Grade A-C) including Mathematics & English.

Experience of working within a Revenues/Benefits environment would be desirable but full training will be given to the successful applicant.
