An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Sherbourne Fields School. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a particular interest in Autism to support a very small group of pupils with complex ASC in KS3 to join our team of highly skilled and enthusiastic professionals.

We are looking for qualities such as motivated, aspirational, passionate and committed to professional development. You will play a key role in supporting a wide range of pupils with additional need throughout their school day and beyond. For the right candidate we will be offering this as a HLTA post (Grade 5).

You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the school ethos, which is aspirational, embraces change and remains solution focused whilst ensuring children remain at the heart of our practice.

35 hours per week term time only
