Steps to Work is an established Employment and Training Provider within the West Midlands. We have the following vacancy within our current BRIDGES project.  

BBO Project Officer – Ref EX04119
£21,077 - £25,467 per annum 

37 hours per week. 

We are looking for Project Officer to work within the Smethwick and Sandwell area, undertaking outreach work, engaging with beneficiaries and building relationships to help them to make a link with a wide variety of services to provide them with support. Candidates will need to have experience of working with the unemployed aiming towards progression into employment or training, experience of undertaking outreach work and a NVQ 3 in Advice and Guidance.  The ability to speak Urdu/Punjabi and experience of having worked with ethnic minority groups would be an advantage.
