This post is part of the Admin Hub within Neighbourhood Services based at Endeavour House.
The Admin Hub is a small team responsible for providing administrative support to various work streams; mutual exchanges, income collection, anti-social behaviour, garage voids and lettings, invoices and general office duties.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, you will have experience of working in a busy office; you will have excellent customer care skills and be proficient with MS Word and Excel and able to navigate different software systems.
You will need to be very customer focused, organised to meet deadlines, a team player and be attentive to detail.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.
We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
