We are looking to recruit a member of the Senior Leadership Team to support and raise aspirations and attainment across the school. The successful applicant will support the implementation of the SIP priorities, in particular the drive to further improve outcomes for pupils.

We want to appoint someone with excellent subject knowledge and a track record in making a difference and improving educational outcomes for children from all groups. We require a leader who has a firm understanding of data and is able to use data effectively to close the gaps. We are looking for someone who can complement our experienced school

team and bring new ideas for excellence.

You need to be an excellent teacher who:

• Is passionate about pupils’ learning and can demonstrate how they have raised standards

• Can evidence that you can lead and inspire staff

• Has a positive approach to challenge and change

• Is a flexible team player

• Can engage parents in supporting learning

• Has high expectations of pupils, staff and themselves

• Has a strong and focused work ethic and is self-motivated
