Job Details
A Permanent opportunity has arisen for a Roving Nights Care Assistant at Walker Grange Extra Care Scheme working 35 Average hours over 2 week rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Job Summary
Based from Walker grange the waking night staff will offer emergency support to the two other Extra Care Granges when required. To provide support during the night to individuals living independently with in their own home with an Extra Care facility. Duties will include working in partnership with other organisations including GP, District Nurses and out of hour’s services.
Provide support in an emergency situation with tasks that may include aspects of health related personal tasks, supervising and/or administering medication, personal care/bathing/showering/toileting, light meal preparation, Communicating with Health professionals. At all times they must comply with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s guidelines and policies.
