Rugby Free Secondary School (RFSS) is an 11-19 free school which opened in September 2016. The school is growing at an exceptional rate and has already proved very popular with parents. RFSS benefits from the backing of a highly supportive local authority and the local MP who both also supported the establishment of our sister school, Rugby Free Primary School, which opened successfully in September 2015.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of all students within the school system, liaising with teaching and support staff in order to provide pastoral administrative support for heads of school with particular responsibility for attendance.

As the outward face of the school, you will also ensure internal and external communication is prompt and of the highest standard.

You should have a minimum of one year’s related experience of working within a school attendance related service or school administration and have worked with children, young people, parents and families, preferably within an educational context.  Ideally you will have a degree and professional qualification such as social work, reaching or youth work.

If you would like to discuss this role further or want to arrange a visit to our school, please contact Georgina Langley, Executive Assistant on 07397130852.

To apply, please download the job description and person specification and application forms. Completed application forms and monitoring forms should be sent to Georgina.langley@rugbyfreesecondary.co.uk
