Personal Assistant to the Headteacher

40 hours per week term time only + 5 teacher training days + 2 weeks

£22,221 - £24,646 pro rata

Rugby Free Secondary School (RFSS) is an 11-19 free school which opened in September 2016. The school is growing at an exceptional rate and has already proved very popular with parents. RFSS benefits from the backing of a highly supportive local authority and the local MP who both also supported the establishment of our sister school, Rugby Free Primary School, which opened successfully in September 2015.

As PA to the Headteacher, you will be dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues and be working closely with other staff to ensure smooth day to day operations of the school.

You will need to have experience of working in a school or a similar role and proven experience in office administration and management tasks. In addition you will be able to operate as part of a team or individually, manage your own time effectively and relate well to children and adults.
