Job Details
The Governors of Moat Farm Junior School wish to appoint a friendly and compassionate pupil behaviour manager to work across the school with pupils ages 7-11.
Moat Farm Junior School is:

The successful applicant will need to:
• GCSE grade C or above in En and Ma (or equivalent)
• A well developed understanding of strategies to manage and support young people with challenging behaviour in a school environment.
• Have high standards and present as a positive role model for pupils
• Have a positive attitude and able to work as part of a successful and supportive team
• Be able to show initiative when required
• Have experience of working with primary aged children to support their learning and well-being
• Liaise well with parents/carers to build positive relationships
• Be willing to develop their own skills through participation in training opportunities.
