Part time School Business Manager – Forest Oak School & Merstone School

Required for January 2020 to cover maternity leave, temporary contract. To include some handover days in December 2019 by arrangement.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week term time plus 1 week – working pattern to be negotiated.

Salary: Band E Points 25-33 £28,785 – £35,934 pro rata

About The Role

A suitably qualified and experienced Business Manager to work in our outstanding Special Schools for pupils with moderate/ severe learning difficulties. Candidates should have:

• a good standard of literacy and numeracy

• excellent IT, organisational and communication skills

• experience in all aspects of budget and finance management and organisation

• experience in Human Resource management

• the ability to lead a team, work within a team, be flexible and able to work under pressure
