The Positive Youth Foundation is a Coventry-based charity, established to support young people to achieve their full potential. We have a long-standing track record of developing effective services for young people, in particular, those who find themselves within a wide range of challenging circumstances.

Job Purpose:

To co-ordinate, develop and implement the Positive Youth Foundation’s Comic Relief funded ‘Head Positive’ project which targets reluctant or marginalised groups of young people, into meaningful social action, volunteering and youth voice opportunities. To lead on the delivery of the project plan, with the support of the Programme Manager who strategically manages this role. Develop a comprehensive HeadPositive media and communications strategy. To include planning and managing events and support on internal and external communications. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for leading the development of HeadPositive’s youth activities ensuring that young people voices’ are increasingly heard, and have influence on key policy decisions at a local, regional and national level.
