An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant within the Professional Standards Department based at Lloyd House. 
Business support assistants are part of the Professional standards team providing support to Service Recovery, Investigations, Misconduct Support and Vetting teams. 

The post holder will be required to provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to the wider PSD Department. This will include the maintaining of records, production of documents, updating systems and dealing with correspondence in accordance with MOPI and GDPA Legislation. 

The role involves the requirement for you to be able to use routine office systems (Centurion) including filing, photocopying, postal despatch, management information and a duty function.

Essential Criteria:

  • Can demonstrate experience and understanding of the use of the sensitive information, its handling and dissemination.

  • Sensitivity to the needs of diverse communities and individuals.
  • Work to deadlines
  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
