Planning Lawyer
Scale PO10 - £38,813 to £41,675 per annum
37 hours per week
Reporting to the Team Leader: Places in Governane and Legal Services, the post-holder is responsible for undertaking a Town and Country Planning legal advice and assistance workload.
The post holder will be expected to advise on town and country planning matters including the following areas; town and country planning statute, regulation, and guidance, section 106 agreements, planning enforcement, planning appeals, public inquiries, judicial review, high court proceedings, and associated local government processes and decision-making
