Housing Services is the landlord for the Council’s owned properties and offers a range of services to tenants and leaseholders.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary: Craft SCP 17 - 19

Location: Leys Depot, Brierley Hill

Housing Services includes an in-house maintenance team who deliver a range of repairs and planned improvements to homes throughout the borough, ensuring that homes remain safe, comfortable and efficient.

We are seeking to appoint a Borough Electricians, to undertake electrical repair, maintenance and installation work to a variety of Council dwellings across the Dudley Borough.

You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience competence necessary qualifications to carry out Electrical work and certification. The candidate must have a full driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
