St Peter’s Droitwich CofE Academy is looking to appoint an experienced talented, forward thinking and innovative Teaching Assistant who can inspire and motivate a child on a 1:1 basis and small groups of children.
The role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about giving pupils the best education and one who promotes the highest of expectations in relation to behaviour and learning.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Able to work with children 1:1
- Be able to work with a selective group of children
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work with the class teacher to plan work and provide assessment information
You will need to be:
- Flexible and creative
- Positive and hard working
- Understanding of how children learn and develop
- Understanding to differing children’s needs
You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated staff.
22.5hrs EYFS Teaching Assistant (1:1 and small groups)
21.5hrs EYFS Teaching Assistant (1:1 and small groups)
16hrs EYFS Teaching Assistant (1:1 and small groups)
26.5hrs Teaching Assistant (1:1 and small groups)
