Support Assistant (ASC & Childcare)
37 Hours per week – Permanent

This is an opportunity to work within a very friendly but a very busy, fast moving area of the Legal Services Unit.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate effective team working skills and a commitment to the work of the section, the work of which is governed by the need to adhere to strict timescales.
The Adult Social Care and Childcare Team is a highly committed, dedicated and fast paced team working to support Families First and Health and Care with pre-proceedings and litigation work.
The role will provide support to the ASC and Childcare legal team through the provision of legal administrative support encompassing arranging meetings, minutes taking, agenda production, proof reading, word processing incorporating audio and transcription, photocopying, preparing presentations, case management system document scanning, organising accommodation and travel arrangements, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, project support, work experience management and invoice processing.
