Job title: Apprentice Administrative, Information and Improvement Assistant (12 month fixed term)
Team: Managed Growth and Communities Leadership Support Team
Solihull Council’s Managed Growth and Communities Directorate is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and creative Apprentice to join its Leadership Support Team. You will be providing a wide range of administrative, information sharing and improvement related tasks to support the Directorate whilst completing a Level 2 in Business Administration.
Located in central Solihull
You will have GCSE Grade A-C / 4 or above in English and Math or equivanlent. You will also have:
- Good communication skills
- Experience of using a wide range of computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (or equivalent).
- Ability to solve problems and be creative.
- Ability to produce consistently accurate work
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself
Although not essential as you will have the opportunity to learn by doing, it would be great if you have a flair for finding ways to produce and show information visually and creatively.

Please note that this is being advertised as a fixed term role for 12 months as an apprenticeship opportunity.
