The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a well organised, resourceful and highly effective Clerical Assistant to join our small and friendly office team.
St Laurence’s is a vibrant, warm and welcoming school, where pupils thrive in a positive and caring environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with Senior Leaders and the wider Multi-Academy Trust to transform educational experiences for our pupils and local community.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly motivated, flexible, with a “can do” approach to their work;
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or disruptions;
• An experienced administrator and supportive team member;
• Able to communicate and enjoy working with children in a sensitive and caring manner within a multicultural setting;
• Qualified to a relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.

Working Hours
22.5 hours per week, 8.30-1.00pm Monday to Friday
