We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our small but experienced central HR team for a year, whilst the current postholder undertakes a secondment opportunity. You will predominately be working on providing an excellent recruitment service to our schools, but will also have exposure to other areas of HR.  This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward thinking environment and to put your strong administrative and/or HR skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional, supportive and friendly environment.

This is an exciting time to join Castle Phoenix Trust as we progress on our journey of continued success and growth.   As part of the Central Services team, with the support of colleagues, you will play a key HR admin role to the portfolio of schools in our Trust, and deliver PA support to the HR team based at Caludon Castle, whilst establishing credibility with a range of stakeholders.

We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude, the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.   You will be committed to the Trust’s working values including Respect To All From All as well as the Trust’s people strategy to Attract and Recruit the Best Staff and to Retain and Reward Staff through Recognising their Contribution.

This fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities and we will ensure you receive a comprehensive induction programme. Every day will be different and we will play to your strengths.  We offer a range of benefits which include the local government pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, access to the on-site gym and swimming pool, free parking, an employee discount scheme and a commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives through our wellbeing committee and people strategy.

Castle Phoenix Trust has a great deal to be proud of, with super facilities and a desire to continuously improve. If you have the passion and determination to be a valued part of our team, we would love to hear from you.
