One to One Teaching Assistant

We are a progressive school which delivers a holistic curriculum incorporating mainstream academic teaching and learning with a wide range of therapeutic approaches to develop the whole child. 

We are looking to appoint an experienced, forward-thinking teaching assistant to work in our school. You will need to be skilled in a variety of settings, be self-confident and a team player. The successful candidate will be required to support and work a student on a one to one basis and working with small groups of pupils, increasing their ability to access all aspects of school life.

You need to demonstrate an ability to be flexible and enthusiastic and be able to use your own initiative. You need to be organised and able to keep accurate behaviour records. You require a good level of education and evidence of good behaviour management as well as the ability to think on your feed and adapt learning where necessary.
