Coventry Extended Learning Centre is a Pupil Referral Unit located across three sites.  Our goal is to enhance the future of every single young person we support.  We cater for pupils aged 11-16 who have been or who are at risk of Permanent Exclusion due to Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.  We are at an extremely exciting time in our development and you will play a key role in continuing to develop and transform the CELC, helping us deliver positive outcomes for our young people.  

We are looking for an experienced practitioner to provide effective support to the Headteacher and leadership team, enabling them to successfully lead on teaching, learning, behaviour and welfare by:

  • Leading, managing and developing the use of data in all information management systems ensuring accuracy. This includes: tracking, reporting and
  • Implementing and maintaining the curriculum timetable.
  • Having a strategic overview for the administration, organisation and smooth running of external and internal
  • Working closely with attendance team to develop and support engagement in learning.
  • Liaising with families, CELC staff and agencies on attendance related issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress against CELC attendance targets.

Working Hours:  37.0 Hours per Week
