Grade 3, Salary - £18,795 – £20,344 per annum, (pro rata)

25 hours per week, Mon – Fri 09:00 – 14:00

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the St David’s and Queen’s Cottages Extra Care Scheme team

At St David’s & Queen’s Cottages we provide accommodation, care, support, activities and meal services which are designed to ensure quality of life for tenants, whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. We endeavour to create the happiest, safest home for all our tenants.

The Administrator will assist in the development and administration of general office and buildings running procedures. They will provide reception services, including telephone cover and administrative support to the team

We are looking for the right candidate that will complement our team. We would very much like to hear from you if you have experience of dealing with the public and outside agencies, extensive experience of general office systems and providing administrative support to others with excellent communication skills (both verbal, electronic and written) and experience of managing electronic and manual filing systems.
