The Reprographics Manager post is a unique opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our outstanding College. This crucial role will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and exceptional reprographics service. You will be required to demonstrate a real commitment to excellence in reprographics management and service delivery. The successful candidate will take line management responsibility for a Reprographics Assistant.

If successful, you would play a vital role in the College, which was graded as ‘outstanding’ in all categories by Ofsted in

2017. We excel in providing a broad, inclusive and high quality education to all of our learners, which has resulted in some of the highest levels of progression to Higher Education in the sector. In 2019, Joseph Chamberlain College achieved A level pass rates of 99.4%, which were the best results in the history of the College.

The College is situated within easy reach of Birmingham City Centre in a state of the art building with superbly equipped classrooms and outstanding facilities.

We were featured in the 2015 Parliamentary Review for best practice in further education and were awarded the CPD Mark last year for our comprehensive package of innovative and high impact professional development. We have also been shortlisted for both the 2017 and 2019 TES Sixth Form College of the Year Awards.

The role is full-time (36.5 hours per week), term-time only plus 5 days (negotiable). Salary will be on the Sixth Form Colleges’ support staff pay scale within the range points 27 to 29, currently £22,142 - £23,496 per annum, pro-rata for term time only working.
