IT Support Technician - SIPS Education Ltd
SIPS IT Services are a successful IT Support Team providing high quality services to schools across the Midlands.
We are currently looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to be part of our growing team who are responsible for the delivery of technical support for all relevant ICT systems within SIPS Education and its clients.
This role will provide support to a team of technicians, through the provision of remote support and regular on-site visits. The role will be expected to triage new requests, gather information and advance requests towards successful resolutions, where possible.
A suitable candidate will have at least three years working within an IT support environment, preferable within an education sector context. Preference will be awarded to applicants with experience and knowledge of current Windows Server and Client Operating systems. Applicants are expected to have either a recent Microsoft Qualification or an NVQ level 3 (equivalent or higher) qualification.
Ability to travel around the Midlands area is essential.

GRADE: Grade 3, SCP 6-11 (£17,587 p.a. - £20, 215 p.a.)
