Hours:               21.9 Hours Per Week/Job share basis

Please note flexibility to cover annual leave periods.

About the Team

The Integrated Network Services team covers a broad remit of the operational delivery for TfWM and the wider WMCA covering Bus, Rail Park & Ride, TfWM owned bus stations and Health & Safety.

The Integrated Network Services team is one of the largest in TfWM, working closely with Stakeholders, Operators and Suppliers we help to keep the West Midlands moving.

About the role

As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for delivering proactive, timely, responsive and high-quality support to the Director of Integrated Services. Diary management, co-ordination and engagement with partner organisations are an important part of the role. You will also plan and co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements and associated expenses.

To succeed in the role

You will be an excellent communicator, effective at interacting with senior managers, executives and external stakeholders/partners. You will have the tact and diplomacy needed to deal with difficult or sensitive situations, always maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

You will be a keen team player, used to working in a matrix management structure, with the ability to forward plan and think through implications; most importantly you will be used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
