Job Details

Sandwell Council are focused on what really matters to the residents, businesses and visitors to the borough and looking to recruit a Regeneration Officer to support the delivery of major regeneration projects across the Borough of Sandwell.
You will be involved in several exciting major regeneration schemes, bringing forward significant land for housing, employment, education and leisure development which involves working collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, other governmental and council departments.
You will possess a qualification at degree level, preferably associated with a planning or regeneration discipline and ideally be willing to work towards membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Project management and planning is critical to this role, you must hold a Prince2 Foundation qualification together with the ability to research and write reports.
