The Estates & Operations department of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation is a successful, friendly and professional environment in which to work – currently working over 2 senior school sites (within the heart of / and south Warwick).
We are seeking to appoint a new Cleaning Manager to our large, busy team of Estates & Operations professionals.
The Cleaning Manager will support the Deputy Operations Manager by providing daily operational management support of the school’s educational cleaning services across the entire estate. The postholder will assist the Deputy Operations Manager and have the daily responsibility of the schools cleaning teams ensuring the most effective and efficient delivery of service to the schools is achieved.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with a confident, professional and approachable manner, the ability to be flexible and discreet; someone who is organised, works well under pressure and has excellent key transferable skills including good interpersonal skills who is able to be flexible and can work independently / take ownership. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading and managing large/multi-site cleaning teams within a school environment. Having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will enjoy being part of a busy, hard- working team which makes a significant contribution to the life of the Schools.
40 hours per week/52 weeks per year
Monday – Friday between the hours of 06.00 am – 17.00 pm
