Mathematics Teacher
Salary: £23,720-£39,406 per annum
A highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics is required to teach across the full range of ages and prior attainment. The ability to teach A Level is a necessity with further mathematics desirable. The department includes a lead practitioner and mastery specialist as part of its commitment to developing jointly planned schemes of learning that foster a deeper and connected understanding of maths. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful, hard-working and friendly faculty whose work is greatly valued and supported by the School Leadership Team.
NQTs are welcome to apply, as are well-qualified and experienced teachers.
Founded in 1326, the school provides a unique blend of academic rigour, modern facilities and traditional values. The school is heavily oversubscribed, and our Sixth Form is flourishing.
Hanley Castle High School is committed to safeguarding
and promoting the welfare of children and young people
and as such expects all staff and volunteers to share
this commitment. The successful applicant will be required
to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure
& Barring Service.
