Temporary Contract to 31st March 2020 – 4 hours per week

Working pattern – Saturdays Only

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, confident and flexible individual with experience of providing excellent customer service to join the Bromsgrove Library team.  

You would be based at Bromsgrove but could be asked to work at Catshill and Rubery libraries too if required.  Flexibility and an ability to travel are essential. 

As a Library Customer Advisor, you will work as a member of the library team delivering a wide range of literacy, reading, IT and learning services as well as helping to promote wider community participation.

You will have a good understanding of information resources, good ICT skills and be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer service to all customers including children and young people.
