Hours:  37 hours per week

Salary:  Grade 13  

AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN TO HELP US SHAPE OUR FUTURE............

The Dudley Disability Service was established in 2018. It was designed to provide a seamless support service for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Developing new integrated working across Adults and Children’s Social Care and SEND this is an exciting new delivery approach.

We are looking for dynamic, forward thinking individuals to form part of our leadership team. We have vacancies within both the 0-25 team and 25+ team.

The successful candidates will possess operational and management experience in either Children or Adult services. They will provide leadership, operational management and direction in the delivery of the disability service.

You will be registered, or eligible to be registered, on the HCPC register for qualified social workers; with substantial experience of providing high quality social care services to children, young people or adults. You will have experience of managing cultural and organisational change, and of leading and championing a culture of strong partnership working across all disciplines.
