£32,029- £34,788 per annum

plus essential car user allowance

PERMANENT CONTRACT

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated audit/assurance professional to join the Audit & Governance team at Tamworth Borough Council. As Principal Auditor, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the new Head of Audit & Governance in providing an exemplary ‘value added’ internal audit service, promoting excellence in internal control, governance and risk. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels to get the job done. This is a truly excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in audit/assurance.
