Permanent Senior Cleaner
Grade 3 10-13
Actual Salary £3410
8.33 hours per week
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and Senior Cleaner to join our hardworking and committed team ASAP from October 2019. At St Christopher’s Catholic Primary we are the ‘in house provider’ for our cleaning service.
The successful candidate will be a team leader for 2 other cleaners.
Some Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of Cleaners and resolution of any immediate issues
- Under the direction of the Headteacher, co-ordinate the response to any unforeseen incident or problem including staff absenteeism
- Responsible for all stock and ordering
- Ensure that all legal, hygiene and fire safety requirements are adhered to by staff at all times
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard
- To detail and organise the daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, toilets etc
- Hours 8.33 hours per week (1hour 40 mins per day)
Any other duties requested by senior management, some of which may be requested for times other than normal contracted hours e.g. periodic clean
