We are looking for a new team member to join our busy team, which is responsible for processing Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits correspondence. You will preferably have experience of working in a customer focussed environment, with a professional and diplomatic approach to working with people from all backgrounds.
The role will initially be based in the Benefits section assessing Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Reduction claims.
