Admin Assistant

Salary:  Grade 3 £6,493 per annum (£18,065 full time equivalent),

15 hours per week term time plus five days (46.23 paid weeks per year)

Immediate start

Fixed term until 17th July 2020 in the first instance

 

Staffordshire University Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Administrative Assistant to join our successful academy to provide support within the existing admin team, specifically providing administrative support to the Principal’s PA, together with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Working within a small team, reporting to the PA, you will be playing a vitally important role in supporting the Academy by providing outstanding support.  If you enjoy variety and thrive within a busy office environment, then we’d like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have:

•           Fantastic abilities to plan, organise and prioritise

•           Superb communication skills

•           High levels of ICT skills

•           The ability to work in an environment which is challenging and rewarding.
