Partnership Engagement Officer (Fixed Term 12 months)

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, inspiring and enthusiastic Partnership Enforcement Officer to join our existing team of staff at an exciting time in the school’s history. This post is funded by West Midlands Police and aims to support young people who may be at risk of offending or becoming involved in violence. The successful candidate will work with schools across Walsall, as well as other agencies and organisations but will be based within the Academy.

Blue Coat Church of England Academy is one of the oldest educational establishments in Walsall, is well-respected and valued by the community it serves.  We operate on a very collaborative approach to school improvement working with a range of other schools and nationally recognised trainers.  The school is very proud of the family ethos which pervades all aspects of its work, which is grounded in Christian values.  We offer an extensive and innovative staff development programme, including an excellent support programme for newly and recently qualified teachers.
